I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the view of the volcano from the breakfast terrace was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond, allowing for an early check-in and providing helpful recommendations. On the downside, the location can be a bit tricky to find, and the dining options were somewhat limited, especially at breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience with fantastic value for money!

My stay at the hotel was largely positive. The location was serene, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel right at home. However, the rooms had a musty smell and weren’t as clean as I would have liked, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a decent value for money given the level of service and the tranquil environment.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, tucked away in a gated community that felt safe and secure. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, which made for a comfortable retreat. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, although they seemed a little unsure of the procedures at times. The location is a bit of a walk to the center, which can be a downside if you're looking to explore a lot, but overall, it was a peaceful area filled with flowers. I didn’t find the dining to be very filling, but it was nice to have breakfast included, even though the options were a bit basic. Overall, it’s a great value for money.
